"Order was good, box got a little dent"
My order from pokemon.com come fast, and everything inside was okay. The outside box has a small dent on one corner, so I was kinda worried when I first see it. But the cards and other stuff was packed fine and nothing got messed up. I’d give 5 stars if the packaging looks a little cleaner.

I had some trouble logging in at first, which was kinda annoying, but they got it fixed quick. Works fine now, so no big deal.

"Fun in spots, but kind of exhausting"
Some pages are genuinely fun to go through, but the updates feel random. After a while, I felt mentally drained trying to keep up with what changed and what mattered. A lot of the info also feels kind of basic, so it didn’t always feel worth the effort.

"Support fixed it, but it took longer than I expected"
I reached out to Pokemon support because I was having trouble logging in. The automatic reply came through quickly, but the actual response took a few days. To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end, so I can’t complain too much. Compared to other support teams I’ve contacted, though, this felt a little slower, and I had to send a follow-up before things really moved along. The replies also felt kind of generic, like they were copied and pasted. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth or quick as I expected.

I was kind of expecting the checkout to be a hassle, but it went through quickly. No issues on my end, so I guess I can’t really complain.

"Works well on mobile, but is anyone else finding the menu a bit tricky?"
I’ve been using the site on my phone and overall it works well. Pages load quickly, and it’s easy for me to check out the cards without any hassle. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the menu can be a little fiddly sometimes. Not a huge issue, but I’m curious if other people have run into the same thing.

I was glad to see the tracking update quickly and stay accurate the whole way. It gave me a lot more confidence in the order process. The package arrived exactly on the day it said it would, so everything felt reliable from start to finish.

"I’ve had fun using the site…"
I’ve had fun using the site overall, it’s easy to get into and enjoyable, but I do wish the privacy settings were explained better. Some of the security options felt a little unclear, and I wasn’t totally sure what I was turning on or off. Not a dealbreaker, but it would definitely make me feel more comfortable if that part was more straightforward.

"For something my kid keeps coming back to..."
For something my kid keeps coming back to, I feel like the prices are reasonable. I mean, some stuff with Pokemon can get expensive fast, so I was kind of expecting to feel nickel-and-dimed, but that hasn’t really been the case. There’s usually enough free content or little extras to keep them happy, and then if we do spend a bit here and there, it doesn’t feel like a total ripoff. My kid uses it a lot — probably more than I expected, so overall it feels like a good value

"Finally, a site that gets the language right"
I’ve got to say, Pokemon is really easy to use in my language. The names, events, and news all actually make sense, not like those weird awkward translations you see on other sites. It feels like they care about local fans. At this point, I’m kind of waiting for other companies to apologize for how bad their translations are. 5 stars from me

I like using the site overall, but the news feels outdated a lot of the time. It kind of seems like it’s being handled carelessly, like nobody is really checking or keeping things fresh. If they paid more attention to updating it properly, it would be much better.

"Legit Pokémon merch, no stress"
I ordered a plush and a couple of booster packs from pokemon.com, mostly because I was already browsing around after dinner and somehow ended up convincing myself I needed them. Everything looked legit as soon as it showed up, which was a relief.
The packaging was clean, the plush had the proper tags, and the booster packs didn’t seem weird or resealed. I’ve gotten a little paranoid about that kind of thing after seeing too many sketchy listings online, so that was the main thing I was checking for.
Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it also wasn’t a problem. It got here in a normal amount of time, and I’d definitely order again just for the peace of mind knowing the stuff is actually real Pokémon merch.

"Works most of the time, but can be annoying"
Most days I can log into my account without any issue, but every now and then it just sits there loading or randomly makes me reset things. It’s not the worst problem, just kind of frustrating when I’m trying to get in quickly... like, I wish it was a little more consistent.

The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping took way longer than they originally said it would. I get that delays happen, but it was still frustrating waiting that long. Maybe it was just me, but it made the whole experience feel a bit disappointing

I set up the parental controls on pokemon for my kid, and it wasn’t hard at all. I like that I can keep an eye on what they’re doing without having to dig through a bunch of confusing menus. It gives me some peace of mind, and my kid still gets to enjoy the site. I don’t have no complaints so far
